Frequently Asked Questions
How do I connect my Instagram account?
Go to Settings > Connections and click 'Connect Instagram.' You'll be redirected to Meta's official login where you grant access. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. No password is stored — we use OAuth.
Why did my WhatsApp disconnect?
WhatsApp connections can drop if your Meta Business account session expires. Go to Settings > Connections and click 'Reconnect.' If the issue persists, make sure your business phone number is still registered in the Meta Business Suite.
Can I control what the AI replies?
Yes. You can use Approval Mode to review every AI draft before it's sent, or use Auto-Reply Mode for common questions while keeping approval for sensitive topics. You also set the brand tone, custom instructions, and safety filters.
Does the AI work in languages other than English?
Absolutely. The AI automatically detects the language of each incoming message and replies in the same language. It supports 50+ languages including French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, German, Japanese, and more.
Is my data safe? Do you use scraping?
We never scrape or use unofficial methods. All connections go through Meta's official APIs (OAuth). Your messages are processed securely and never shared with third parties. We're GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 in progress.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
Go to Settings > Data & Privacy and click 'Delete your account.' This permanently removes all your data. You can also export your data first. To cancel a subscription, manage your billing in Settings.
Can I use I AI for multiple brands?
Yes. Agencies and teams can manage multiple brand accounts from a single dashboard. Each brand gets its own AI tone, approval workflows, and connected channels. Contact us for agency pricing.
What happens when the AI can't answer a question?
The AI flags conversations it's not confident about and routes them to your approval queue. You can also set up escalation rules so complex or sensitive messages go straight to a human team member.
